"How to" series - practical guides to creating electronic learning materials
Abstract
A step-through guide for academics and non-technical developers of open educational resources on how to use Articulate ( http://www.articulate.com/products/studio.php ).
Articulate is a licenced product that can plug into Microsoft PowerPoint and enable users to record narrations over slides and then publish them as a Flash file (SWF), an audio podcast (MP3) or zip for distribution via a virtual learning environment.
Alternative strategies would be to record a narration directly into PowerPoint and publish as a slide presentation, or use free screen-capture software such as JING and SCREENR which offer quick solutions for sharing results via Twitter and YouTube.
This THIRD of a series of THREE OERs explores how to publish your results in a range of formats.
